Getting the Party Started π₯
TRG Screen kicked off the week with a Drinks and Canapes Reception in the 'Hop House' Brewery on Sunday evening. Our guests enjoyed an evening of beer, networking with colleagues and live music from the band 'Twin Sisters'. We danced and sang the night away (so good, so good, so good π»π€) - what a great start to WFIC 2022.

Using Data Catalogs to Handle a LOT of Data
On Tuesday, Trip Wadleigh, Global Head of Relationship Management at TRG Screen moderated the panel discussion 'How to Handle TMI: Consumers Using Data Catalogs to Handle a LOT of Data'. They discussed how market data professionals are being pushed by their business counterparts for faster access to more data in service of ever more complex use cases, while maintaining clear cost predictability.
The panel put emphasis on the need to understand what data they already have, what they still need, how the data can be used, and how to quickly get it into users hands. They further discussed how for market data professionals and their business counterparts, data catalogs are emerging as a possible answer.
