What is Optimize Insights?

Optimize Insights is a paradigm shift in business intelligence for enterprise subscription management.

Optimize Insights moves us on from having large buckets of data, and simple tools to sift that data, to providing true business insights, KPIs and calls to action, helping you understand the story of your subscription landscape.

What features are available?

At the core of Optimize Insights is the “Insights Library”, which provides a repository of visualizations and dashboards to help you gain true insights on your subscription landscape.

Insights also includes Pivot Studio - an interactive drag-and-drop data analysis tool - and Dashboard Studio where you can easily create your own dashboards.

API functionality is built in allowing you to easily consume data from the system into reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau and Qlik, and in-house downstream applications.

Data content is available from Optimize Spend and ResearchMonitor, including Inventory and Invoice datasets from Spend, and the Primary Sessions & Activities datasets from ResearchMonitor.

We will continually add new features, datasets and Insights to Optimize Insights, with releases planned later this year to introduce “Extended Datasets” from the legacy FITS Internal Reports and User Reports screens and all of the report datasets from ResearchMonitor, the ability to define joins between datasets, a report scheduler, calculated fields, and much more!

How do I get Optimize Insights?

Optimize Insights is available to all Optimize Spend clients and all cloud-hosted ResearchMonitor clients with nothing additional to license.

You won’t get Optimize Insights automatically. Contact spendsupport@trgscreen.com or rmsupport@trgscreen.com and will then work with you to schedule your Optimize Insights environment to be enabled and to have your users on-boarded.

Note that Optimize Insights is not compatible with FITS - when you upgrade to Optimize Spend you will be offered Optimize Insights at that time. Support for Quest and on-premise ResearchMonitor clients is planned for 2023.
