New York office deliver meals to homebound residents
The New York team spent the day together delivering meals to homebound residents in the city through the amazing volunteering network 'New York Cares'. After a busy day the team put on their (worst😉) Christmas jumpers and detective thinking caps for an evening of secrets and unravelling clues at a murder mystery dinner party.
Germany office team up with 'Die Arche' charity - helping children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds
The Germany office kicked off the festivities at their Christmas team lunch. The following week they volunteered at a Christmas market for the 'Die Arche' charity who are committed to helping children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds.
This charity are aiming to improve the living conditions of disadvantaged children and families in Germany. They support children and young people in discovering their potential, encourage their talents and help them fulfil an independent life. They are now active at 28 locations throughout Germany and reach over 5,000 children and young people.
Operation clean up at the East Coast Beach in Singapore
Braving some wet & raining conditions, our Singapore team had a busy day volunteering to help clean up the East coast beach, Section F by picking up trash in the area.
The team had a well deserved meal at a pasta restaurant after and celebrated their day of volunteering.
Den Bosch office helps Decorate for Christmas at Van Neynsel Eemwij elderly home
Our Den Bosch team spent the day volunteering at Van Neynsel Eemwijk, an elderly home that provides care for people who suffer from dementia and other (chronic) illnesses. The team had lunch at the care home to set them up for a busy afternoon helping to decorate the home for Christmas.
Together the team decorated several spaces with Christmas lights and branches, put up and decorated the Christmas tree in the receptions hall and outside and set up a nativity scene. The decorations brought great joy to the residents at Van Neynsel Eemwijk.
The team ended the afternoon with Dutch 'bitterballen' in the canteen, followed by some of the team continuing the festivities in Den Bosch city center where they went for burgers and drinks to end a lovely day.
Christmas Jumper day at the Belfast Office for the 'Larder Foodbank' Christmas Appeal
The Belfast office held their annual charismas jumper party, this year they teamed up with the Larder foodbank in which team members made a cash donation to wear their Christmas jumper for a day of festivities and all proceeds went to The Larder foodbank. This foodbank was established in 2013 as a way of meeting emergency food needs. With the support from businesses and individuals like us, they have been able to help around 100 households every week. This Christmas they are very keen to help their members retain their agency and allow an element of choice when planning their Christmas dinner.
TRG Screen's Belfast office donation will help the Larder Foodbank purchase items such as meat and pre-prepared Christmas veg for those in need. The foodbank will be opening for a Christmas shop in the week running up to Christmas Day allowing people to come in and select from a range of festive groceries.
Christmas lunch in Paris
A few of the Paris team kicked off their Christmas celebrations last Thursday were they met up for a catch up over a well deserved meal.
London office write Christmas cards & make donations to a Women’s refuge charity
This year our London office spent the day together writing Christmas cards with donations (supermarket vouchers) for Bromley and Croydon Domestic Abuse Service - a Women's Refuge Shelter. A wonderful cause that meant the teams donations ensured every women in the shelter could use this to buy something for herself or her family this Christmas.
The team then walked through Leadenhall market via some pubs on the way to dinner to round off a great day.
