Although, like many shows worldwide, most legal events TRG Screen attended this year were virtual, it was a busy events season none the less! And, we held our virtual Legal User Group meeting series as well.
This year, in light of travel and social constrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, TRG Screen hosted its annual user group meetings for both its FITS and Legal clients via Virtual User Group Festivals spanning a few days. This gave us the opportunity to reach an even wider client base, some of whom under normal circumstances would not have been able to attend live meetings.
TRG Screen's FITS User Groups were held in three locations around the globe at the close of 2019 and boasted record attendance. Interactive discussion was held on the floor in New York, Sydney and London, and enthusiastic networking carried on late after the events at our social sessions.
The 2019 American Association of Law Libraries (AALL) conference - held in Washington, DC July 13-16th under the banner of this year's theme “Capitalizing on our Strengths” - was an opportunity for TRG Screen to continue to show our support of the legal information industry and our clients.
June 2019 – North America & Europe – This time of year is a busy couple of months for user groups for TRG Screen as we host user groups for both our financial and legal clients in North America and Europe. This year client interaction at these meetings was at an all time high and we see a shift of our user group meetings towards an open discussion on client experience of our products.
