Successful user group meetings worldwide
June hosted user group meetings in North America and Europe to update clients on new product releases & roadmaps, and offer a platform for clients to share user experience and overcoming common challenges.
The European FITS user group held on June 10th 2019, sponsored by Janus Henderson Investors, boasted lively, interactive discussion centred around questions about Inventory Management and best practices on Invoice Management among other topics.
We received positive feedback on the interactive nature of our user groups particularly at the 2019 European Legal user group held on June 11th 2019, sponsored by Gowling WLG. We reviewed TRG Screen company updates, the Customer Success roadmap, ResearchMonitor Contracts Workflow, took a deep dive into understanding the Analytics Dashboard and Child Resources and even went over Quest Reporting & Dashboarding.
At the North American FITS user group on June 19th, 2019, sponsored by S&P Global, for the first time we had a client panel where users could learn from other market data experts on how to solve business challenges using FITS. We had over 100 attendees and it was a very lively atmosphere full of information, knowledge sharing and networking.
This year, with the introduction of our monthly community webinars, the conversation was continued at our user groups making for valuable feedback with momentum. We are very excited about the interactive approach of our user groups and look forward to even more panel proffered experience from clients at future meetings.
