A seasoned technology leader, Harvinder has a proven track record in executing large-scale transformation initiatives, optimizing global technology operations and delivering innovative client solutions. Throughout his career, he has consistently led the harmonization of technology, people and processes across global teams while driving product development from concept to release.
Prior to joining TRG Screen, Harvinder held senior leadership roles at IRIS Software Group, AccountantsWorld and NAPCO Security Technologies, where he spearheaded strategic projects that fueled business growth through technology innovation.
